Manyata and Sanjay Dutt’s son, Shahraan is all set to make his debut in Bollywood. The shocker element- he is five months old! David Dhawan, who is known for his comedy movies and the “No.1” series, is directing Dutt’s son in his next directorial venture, “Rascals”.
The film is being shot in Mehboob Studios. Shahraan seems to be having a fun time hopping from one lap to the other. The other stars in the movie are Sanjay Dutt himself and Lisa Haydon. The shoot makes David very nostalgic. It reminds him of shooting with Shahraan’s dad in the film “Taqatwar”.
Producer Indra Kumar had dropped by the studio to see the new kid on the block. Kumar tells the infant looks exactly like his father and he would do better to give the signing amount for “Dhamaal”’s sequel to the kid.
Dhawaan and Sanjay Dutt go back a long way and together they have worked in a number of movies like Haseena Man Jayegi, Jodi No. 1, and Shaadi No. 1.
On the sets, David Dhawan keeps taking random shots of the child. He intends to use some of them in the film, either in the closing or opening credits.
