Imaad Shah is known to be a very choosy actor. Offers keep flowing in for the youngster but he is tremendously choosy and selective about his movie projects. Imaad son of veteran actor Naseeruddin shah and theatre actress Ratna Pathak Shah is a natural actor as well as a talented musician. Imaad is the front man of the Band: The Pulp Society.
There may be very few films to his credit but has won accolades for all of them. He is currently awaiting his next release “404”. “404” will also be his debut as a music director, and it will be a rare combination where the lyricist and music director of the movie would be the same person.
Not to forget, that for someone who is so choosy about doing one film with a production house, Imaad has already done 2 movies and will be debuting as a music director for one of them with Imagik Media.
Ask Imaad and he quips, “I like doing interestingly written, edgy roles; and that’s exactly what Imagik media offered, which I could not refuse.”
