And now arrives the buzz that the Bengal siren will allegedly green light a romantic film along with R. Madhavan, presently riding a crest of popularity post Tanu Weds Manu.
As per sources, the film slated to roll in July 2011, will be helmed by Ashwini Chaudhary, who intends to can the rom com before he picks up the directorial reins of Ghayal Returns. Bipasha initially had a romantic cameo in Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai and did earn accolades for her act in Bachna Ae Haseeno.
It seems that, R. Madhavan was approached for the romantic comedy even as he was riding the success wave of Tanu Weds Manu.
A source reveals, "When Madhavan was narrated the script and his role, he liked both and was very taken up with the idea. Also, he was very excited when he heard that Bipasha Basu was being cast opposite him. Although the two know each other, there has never been an opportunity for them to work together. Director Ashwini Chaudhary plans to release his film early 2012."
