| Vidya Balan in The Dirty Picture |
Vidya Balan, who made a daring move as the sexy South siren, Silk Smitha, in her latest film The dirty Picture is now in legal problem. A few scenes in the movie haven’t gone down well with the law.
It is heard that a Hyderabad court has charged Vidya for offensive exposure on the movies posters and has in turn ordered filing of an FIR against the actress under sections 292 and 294 of the IPC and sections 3 and 4 of the indecent representation of women (prohibition) Act, 1986.
The police has also been asked to take action against public display of posters and promotional advertisements of the controversial film.
Produced by Balaji Telefilms, starring Vidya, Naseeruddin Shah, Emraan Hashmi and Tusshar Kapoor, the film was released all over the country on Friday.
