Abhishek Bachchan talks about how he feels about not spending his wedding anniversary with his beautiful wife Aishwarya. It was the couple’s fourth anniversary yesterday, and while work commitments kept Abhi busy in Hyderabad for the early part of the day, He flew back to Mumbai to celebrate the evening with wife Ash.
“Both Aishwarya and I understand the nature of our work. For both of us family does come first, but work commitments cannot be compromised either. Besides, every day with Aishwarya is special anyway.” He does admit that being under constant public scanner does come with its own pressures, but ‘nothing that we can’t handle’. “We may be actors, but we are like any other normal couple too. We never let the lines blur,” Abhishek smiles.
News that is doing the rounds is that, the couple buzz will take off on a romantic week-long holiday soon after Ash returns from Cannes next month. However, Abhi will not be by his lady love this time at the film fest as he will be shooting in Russia for Players.
If noticed, Ashwarya also, has not been accompanying Abhishek on any of his promotional activities. Reason: A source tells, “It’s just that she feels that her presence will prove to be a distraction. She wants the whole focus to be on Abhishek’s movie alone,”
