Payal had been in buzz for accusing filmmaker Dibakar Banerjee of casting couch. This even brought her bad books of filmmakers Anurag Kashyap and Sudhir Mishra. Now that she has almost closed the doors of big-screen for herself, she has turned her gaze to TV.
Payal debuted in showbiz with an item number. Then she came in news for her relationship with Rahul Mahajan. After that they entered ‘Bigg Boss’ house together and kept the tongues wagging with their sparkling chemistry.
After the show, they parted ways and Rahul married Dimpy Ganguly. However, when Payal sensed that her status is diminishing, she created a stir in media by accusing Rahul Mahajan of making countless calls to her at odd hours. This of course brought her in light and she bagged another reality show ‘Zor Ka Jhatka’. The show was unhappily placed on TRP charts, hardly letting anyone benefit from it.
This time when she screamed against filmmakers, she must have dreamt of staring in a movie but the wrong side of table turned towards her.
