Shahid Kapoor, the only Bollywood star who flew F-16, the country’s premier fighter aircraft, has at last finished the shooting of movie “Mausam” - the debut movie of his father, Pankaj Kapoor.
Started some two years back, Mausam has had to face several delays, including its main star Sonam falling sick and both Shahid and Sonam seemingly developing rift while working in the film.
Though afterward rejected by Sonam, the differences between them have actually played a major role in the shooting to be delayed so long. Shahid worked continuously over these two years to see his father’s first project hit the screen. However, viewers might have to wait for some more time before they can lay their eyes on the film. The latest schedule for the film release was September 9 but yet again it is deferred by one more week.
The repeated postponement of the film release has its ripple effect on the ongoing projects of Shahid. He was to start work on Kohli’s movie instantly after Mausam was slated for September 9. But now with the movie being delayed again, the schedule of Shahid seems to have gone haywire. He plans to concentrate on promoting his dad’s film before jumping into any other assurance.
