India's original sexy and hot supermodels!

Not too long ago, before Bollywood stars took over the ramp decked out in their jewels and designer duds, India had bonafide supermodels. Their looks and talent were on par with the Cindy Crawfords and Christy Turlingtons of the US (for us 90s girls who still remember those days!).

Many of them still work as models today, but suffice it to say the public's attention is much more heavily placed on the Bollywood "show stoppers." However, fashion shows can't happen without REAL fashion models. They deserve a lot more credit than they get. So, here's a look back at some of the best of our time. Who were your favorites?
