Kareena Kapoor achieves double distinction at Madame Tussauds!

It is a very rare star who gets their wax figure displayed at Madame Tussauds. Only five Bollywood stars have achieved this distinction.  

Kareena Kapoor now joins the league and her wax figure will be unveiled in October 2011. But she achieves a double distinction as the launch of her wax figure will also flag off a global Bollywood exhibition where the Bollywood wax figures will travel to six cities  including London, Hong Kong and Bangkok, thus reflecting a growing global interest in Bollywood.  

Kareena Kapoor said, "It is an honour and a privilege for me to have my wax-figure at Madame Tussauds and even more so to flag off a global Bollywood exhibition. This is a moment of pride for Indian cinema."
