Fame of item numbers seems to be one of the unending trends; whereby the choreographers and directors of Tinsel town are striking an easy relationship with their audience. So as to cash in on this recent enthusiasm for item songs the bold Bollywood beauty has ensured her a place in one.

Mallika Sherawat who shot to fame with her inspirational performance in Murder will shortly be seen in an item number. Anees Bazmee’s forthcoming release ‘Thank You’ will feature the gregarious actress in the company of Akshay Kumar and Bobby Deol. By the way, the ravishingly stylish Mallika enjoys the fame of featuring in an item number. “Guru” released in 2007 projected her in a similar number.

Mallika who had starred in Anees Baazmee’s ‘Welcome’ could taste much commercial success and critical acclaim by virtue of her role ‘Ishika’ in the same. After that she is yet to taste any key successes in commercial terms. Her short interaction in Hollywood together with her failures in a couple of Bollywood releases put the actress out of reckoning.

As a last resort to recover her lost glory the actress has teamed up with her lucky director Anees Baazmee to enact a number with the title ‘Raaziya’. It remains to be seen whether the said number which will be enacted free of cost achieves its desired reason.
