It takes decades to be the apple of YRF camp’s eyes, but Parineeti Chopra has won the hearts of the YRF camp members just with one film. Previously Rani Mukherji was the muse of Yash Raj Films, since she was the beloved of Aditya Chopra. But then came Anushka Sharma of “Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi” who took the throne of Rani. And now, Priyanka Chopra’s cousin Parineeti Chopra, has become the number one choice of Yash Raj Films.
YRF is down with Parineeti Chopra’s fever so much so that, that they replaced actress Anushka Sharma, and gave the role to Parineeti. YRF explains that Parineeti is best for the role. That’s the reason why they chose Parineeti over Anushka. Parineeti previously starred in YRF’s film “Ladies V/S Ricky Bahl”. This film is to be made by Habib Faisal, and Parineeti is cast opposite Arjun Kapoor, who is the son of Boney Kapoor.
It was Aditya Chopra, who made this young girl an actress. Aditya found an awesome actress in Parineeti who was actually a marketing excutive of the Yash Raj Film Company. But Yash Raj tells that Anushka was never offered the role for this film, so no question of replacement. The film-maker Habib Faisal was looking for a fresh new face, and who could be better than Parineeti Chopra for that!
