Latest news doing the rounds is that Priyanka Chopra is the next Race girl. Well, Priyanka Chopra will star in Abbas-Mustan’s ‘Race 2’ to be produced by Ramesh Tarauni. Till last week, it was Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone who were signed for the movie. But now, things are not the same.
News has it that Priyanka Chopra has liked the script and is very probable to replace Deepika in the film.
Sources say that director duo Abbas-Mustan are waiting for Priyanka’s final confirmation to start the movie.
The source revealed, “The producers of the movie have already spoken to Priyanka, who is sorting out her dates. After the success of Race, the writers of the film and Abbas-Mustan took their time before finalizing the sequel. Abbas-Mustan were sure that they would only start the film, if they got the right script. Now, the makers are awaiting Priyanka to officially come on-board.”
John Abraham is all set to play the villain in the movie while Saif Ali Khan and Anil Kapoor are the only original actors who are retained for the sequel.
