The actor makes a special appearance as, a God-like figure next to Nana Patekar in the Marathi movie, Deool. The movie that is being made for Rs. 4 crore has 35 actors featuring in it; Naseeruddin will be seen talking in Marathi for the first time on the big screen.
The story of the movie revolves around, a group of people from a rural area where, their lives change due to development and modernization in villages. Nana would be playing the part of a Sarpanch in the movie. The movie also stars Dilip Prabhawalkar, the actor who played Mahatma Gandhi in Lage Raho Munnabhai and Mohan Agashe. The movie is slated for a September release.
