John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan are going to share the screen once again in ‘Kaante 2’. The two actors have worked simultaneously before in the film “Dostana”. Released in2008, it explored the rapport between two men pretending to be gay to rent an apartment.
The film was very well received and the onscreen chemistry between the two actors was very much liked by the viewers. The actors themselves had a great time working with each other. Both John and Abhishek were eager to appear for the Dostana sequel but since nothing was concrete as yet, they both went ahead and signed for ‘Kaante 2’.
Arjun Rampal and Bobby Deol are also going to appear in the Kaante sequel. Though nothing has been authoritatively decided as yet, both John and Abhishek seem to love the script for ‘Kaante 2’and are eager to work on the movie.
The film is going to be directed by Chuck Russell whose movie credits include movies like Eraser, The Mask and The Scorpion King and the movie will be shot in South Africa. Producer Shabbir Boxwala has verified that the project is still in a very early stage and nothing is official as yet but as Chuck Russell has always wanted to make a Hindi movie, they both are now discussing the project.
