After her assumed split with Sidhartha Mallya, actress Deepika Padukone is said to have turned to her former beau, Nihar Pandya’s shoulders to cry on.

Deepika and Nihar were dating each other during her modeling days. Post break up, the actress was still in touch with his family.

A source tells, “Deepika has had a heartbreak yet again. She was open about her affair with Ranbir Kapoor, but after they broke off, she preferred to be guarded about her relationship with Sidhartha. Though both were spotted together, she avoided questions about their relationship.”

The source includes, “Nihar has always been around for her. Though she moved ahead professionally and personally, he has always been stuck on her.”

Deepika Padukone’s former beau Nihar Pandya seems to be still stuck on Deepika Padukone, and looks like he is not ready to move on. It is heard that Nihar is planning to do a movie based on his love story with Deepika.

Not just acting alone, if buzz is to be whispered, Nihar is also providing his director Prashant Chaddha with various inputs on the relationship.

Nihar also said a magazine, “During all these years since it ended I’ve never spoken about it…The entertainment industry knows Deepika’s side of the truth. I want mine to be known too.”

Rumors also has it that Nihar Pandya’s decision on showcasing his love story and heartbreak with Deepika Padukone came into existence, only after watching Ranbir Kapoor’s movie Rockstar.

However, Nihar tells that he will make it a point not to show Deepika Padukone in negative light.

Deepika Padukone’s love story with Nihar Pandya, it seems that her first guy will now make it to the sliver screen. The movie will be directed by Prashant Chadda. And guess who the actor is?? Well, it’s none other than Nihar Pandya himself.

Director Chadda told, “Nihar is like my brother. I was very close to Deepika as well once upon a time. In fact, I had launched her in a music video. Everybody knows how she walked out of Nihar’s life for Ranbir. Nihar was heartbroken. He had done everything by the book. He looked after her for three-and-a-half-years. In fact Deepika stayed in Nihar’s house with his parents for three years.”

It all started back in 2005, in an acting institution where Deepika and Nihar fell in love. Deepika always maintained the “just friends” tag. However, things were crystal clear when Nihar threw a lavish party for Deepika on her birthday.

Things were going great between the couple until Ranbir Kapoor made his entry.

“Nobody knows that Deepika actually came crying back to Nihar after breaking up with Ranbir the first time. Nihar went looking for Ranbir, intercepted his car and asked him what he was doing with Deepika. Ranbir shot back, ‘Ask your girlfriend that’. Even after all this, Nihar took Deepika back. And then the same thing happened with Yuvraaj Singh,” revealed Chaddha.

Though the story is facing opposition from certain quarters, yet Chaddha is obstinate on making the movie. “I owe it to Nihar.” ended the filmmaker.
