Actor-filmmaker Farhan Akhtar, who is racing ahead with his
"Bhaag Milkha Bhaag" success, relived some of his early day’s
memories on a visit to his alma mater, the Maneckji
Cooper School .
Only this time, he went for a promotional event for the
film.
"Went back to my school to unveil a '...Milkha' cover
notebook. Flooded with memories. Still smiling," Farhan posted on Twitter.
"My school motto and Milkhaji's philosophy are the same
- 'There is no excellence without labour'... So what better place to do this
activity," he further added.
Farhan essays former athlete Milkha Singh in the biopic,
directed by filmmaker Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra.
The actor had a "big thank you" to convey to the principal,
teachers, staff and students for their "generosity of time and love".
"Will cherish it, always," he further added.
