Gauri Khan and Sussanne Khan’s friendship turning sour?

Yes, it looks like all is not very well between the star wives, Gauri Khan and Sussanne Khan. It is no big shock that Sussanne’s marital status has changed. The Doe eyed beauty is now a single mother. We had also reported that ex Mrs Roshan’s maiden last name is back to being Khan. Now, the newest gossip that we hear is, Gauri and Sussanne Khan’s friendship has also turned sour because of reasons unknown.

We all know that Gauri and Sussanne had partnered for a real estate design project last year. But this year, last week however, Gauri launched yet another similar project in Dubai, sans Sussanne. The latter’s nonappearance from the scene is what has sparked off rumors about an alleged tiff or misapprehension, hence a sour friendship between the two.

More so, insiders disclose that Sussanne, who used to be a regular at Gauri’s girls night and parties, has been skipping all such occasions off late. Sussanne also missed Karan Johar’s birthday party this year.

Now, while Sussanne is rarely spotted with her once best friend Gauri Khan, she is unquestionably hanging out quite often these days with Arjun Rampal and wife Mehr Rampal. This one’s a major sign of a terrific tiff, indeed.

Srilankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandez is simply too hot to handle!

If there is one thing we envy Sri Lanka for, then it will be Jacqueline Fernandez. One of the prettiest actresses Bollywood has ever seen and boy, is she hot or what!

Her next two films Housefull 2 and Race 2 were multi starrers but Jacqueline totally stood apart in both the films. She got to work with some really good actors of Bollywood including Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Saif Ali Khan etc.

The babe was romantically involved with director Sajid Khan and once more we thank heavens she broke up wIth him and determined to move on. Today she is a big actress, all by herself, ready to give other a tough competition.

Sonakshi Sinha has had a rough start but she has surely learnt how to use the stones thrown at her to build a passage for herself. Being Shatrugan ‘Khamosh’ Sinha’s daughter, she knew she would always, someway, be under the eyes of the media.

Nothing beats the fame and joy that Dabanng and anything associated with it! At least that is what Sona thinks. The sequel of the movie released and Sonakshi just reigned over the Box Office.

Sussanne Roshan becomes Sussanne Khan now!

Not very long ago, we had reported that Hrithik Roshan’s alienated wife Sussanne Roshan had determined to retain the ‘Roshan’ in her name despite separation. But looks like, the beauty has now changed her mind.

In a press conference lately, Sussanne was asked if she would change her name back to Khan or keep the Roshan intact… She immediately replied, “of course, I will keep using my second name ‘Roshan’.”

But now, from what we hear, Sussanne now signs off all her emails as Sussanne Khan.

In the meantime, both Sussanne and Hrithik are currently serving a grace period of 6 months before they finally divorce. And Sussanne’s this move definitely screams out, she is not interested in reconciling with her childhood sweet heart.

Rani Mukerji’s first public appearance after marriage!

The recently wed bride, Rani Mukerji made her first public appearance post wedding and boy; she was glowing like a bulb. The Bengali beauty wedded long time boy friend Aditya Chopra in a secret wedding ceremony on April 21 in Italy.

Rani Mukerji donned a red Sabyasachi Mukherjee suit, shakha-pola (red – white bangles) adorning her wrists, red sindoor on her forehead, a huge rock on her ring finger and pointy-toe red suede platform pumps, she looked radiant at the store launch of YRF’s clothing line Diva’ni. And while we are not a big fan of her head-to-toe red look, we will excuse her this one time.

Preity Zinta gets upset with ‘Alia jokes’!

Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt became the butt of jokes after she made a blunder on Koffee With Karan, a chat show hosted by Karan Johar. When asked who the president of India was, Alia responded ‘Prithviraj Chauhan’. Ever since then, she has been the laughing stock on various social networking sites.

While Alia Bhatt and her family have taken it calmly, someone close to the Highway actress isn’t very happy. The someone we are referring to is none other than Preity Zinta. Not many know that PZ has worked with Alia in the film Sangarsh. At that point of time, baby Bhatt was just 7 years old.

Ms Zinta in an interview told, “She played mini me in Sanghursh. She was about seven years old. I remember on the sets she would keep staring at me with huge eyes! Finally, I had to tell her ‘Darling, just blink!’ because she was so cute. Now that she’s worked hard and become successful people make fun of her. They have these Alia Bhatt jokes, saying all kinds of rubbish – why are they doing this? Is it only because she’s a successful and attractive girl? If she wasn’t that, and hadn’t given good performances nobody would have cared about her? Instead of applauding her in her first three movies, people on the internet are fully destroying her by saying all sorts of nasty things.”

Preity further added, “What has she done to harm anyone? She worked hard in her profession and earned a name for herself. She didn’t win a lottery or steal anything from your father’s bank account – she’s done you no harm but yet you want to bring her down by saying nasty things to her. People should just stop this nonsense!”

Ranbir and Katrina walk hand-in-hand in Cape Town!

We had previously reported that alleged love birds, Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif are in Cape Town, having a great time shooting for the former’s ambitious home production, Jagga Jasoos.

RK and Kats lately bonded over a nice and peaceful dinner date. And now, internet is flooded with pics of the duo shopping hand-in-hand, before they got busy with the actual shoot.

Their first stop was the ‘Vans’ store where Ranbir and Katrina shopped for caps. Not surprising this, given that Kapoor junior is a major cap fan. Once done here, they headed towards an ice cream parlor where they relished some cool and delicious ice-cream.

Post the shopping date, RK then headed out with his boy buddies to chill with some drinks and dinner.

Shahrukh dedicates IPL win to his child Abram!

Shahrukh Khan is possibly the happiest man on earth nowadays. Well, he has all the reasons to celebrate. After all his IPL team, Kolkata Knight Riders, who played the finals opposite Preity Zinta’s team KingsXI Punjab, have taken home the baby. Yes, KKR are the champions of IPL 7, making this their second win, first being in 2012.

Before the match could being, a very thrilled and nervous SRK tweeted a picture of his youngest child, AbRam’s jersey and wrote, “We are kind of ready…in all shapes and sizes. Bring it on. Go my KKR….(sic)”.

While Shahrukh’s kids Aryan and Suhana are regular faces at the stadium, the actor’s tweet had got us wondering if baby AbRam would make his media debut. But, nothing of that sort happened, leaving us disappointed, yet again.

In the meantime, Shahrukh Khan dedicates IPL win to his little child Abram.

“I dedicated this win to my little child Abram and the hard work done by Gautam and his team. Thank you Bengaluru and thank you IPL. We believed in ourselves and hard work done by the team management,” he told.

Post KKR’s triumph, SRK posted, “Either the cup is too big or my nose is. Either way the victory of my KKR boys is the biggest still. Love u. Get ready Kolkata we rule!!!!”

IIT-Delhi student seeks Aamir Khan's help to highlight road safety issue!

One person dies every five minutes on Indian roads. Not something that is going to upset many of us.

The good thing is that there is someone who has decided to do something about it. Indian Institute of Tecnology (IIT)-Delhi student Dikshant Sharm has written to Aamir Khan to highlight the issue of road safety through his hugely popular reality TV show Satyamev Jayate in the coming season.

IITian Dikshant lost four of his friends in a road accident when they undertook a trip to Rajasthan to celebrate their placements. Two of them lost their lives and two others were injured badly when the Innova they were traveling in overturned near Jaisalmer in March this year.

Dikshant has been seeking signatures from people to petition Aamir Khan and Satyamev Jayate to do a show on fatal road accidents. He has so far got over 32,000 people to sign the petition.

In his petition, Dikshant says, "Someone told me that the lives of my friends could have been saved if they were taken care of immediately. But no help arrived for about 30 minutes and they succumbed to their injuries. I have realized that the impacts of road accidents are huge. Not only do they claim lives, but they also have a devastating impact on the lives of those who are involved. If a loved one of yours has been involved in the accident it haunts you for the rest of your life."

Ever since Aamir Khan's reality show Satyamev Jayate went on air two years ago, it has created awareness about burning issues that afflict Indian society. Aamir and his reality show have been successful in starting a debate on many topics the show took up, Satayamev Jayate's director, Satyajit Bhatkal confirmed having received Dikshant's petition. "The team of Satyamev Jayate met this group of students. We were very moved by their story and what they intend to do."

Bhatkal further added, "Taking a leaf out of their life, these students have turned a personal tragedy into a larger issue that affects society at large. We are very positive that we should do something on this issue."

R Balki's next with Amitabh Bachchan titled 'Shamitabh'!

Director R. Balakrishnan, lovingly called Balki, has been busy filming his new project starring Amitabh Bachchan, but it is only now that he has disclosed the title of the film - Shamitabh. Entertainingly, it sounds similar to the Bollywood megastar's name.

The film, also starring Dhanush, marks the Bollywood debut of southern superstar actor Kamal Haasan's daughter Akshara.

This is for the third time that Big B and R Balki has teamed up.

"We are happy to announce that the film is titled Shamitab'. As in SH before Amitabh. We are half way through the shoot of the movie, so will finish and talk more about it.

"Right now, I'm enjoying watching the lethal combo of the intensity of Amitabh Bachchan, the intelligence of Dhanush and the innocence of Akshara in action daily," Balki told in a statement.

The two had also worked together in movies like Cheeni Kum and Paa so, it comes as no surprise that the film's title has resemblance with the actor's name.

Break-up with Ranbir has not put Deepika off relations!

Deepika Padukone's love life has always been talk of the town whether it be her breakup with Ranbir or linkup with Ranveer Singh.

We all know that the leggy lass had been through a heart break when she parted ways with Ranbir Kapoor. She was quite serious for him and also has a tattoo of his initials on her neck. 

Deepika padukone and Ranbir Kapoor will be seen together in Imtiaz Ali's next.

But that doesn't mean she has no faith in love now. In an interview to a leading daily, when she was asked about her love life, she became defensive and told, ""If you're wondering whether the break-up put me off relationships, the answer is no. I'm not cynical about love. The equation with Ranbir is there for all to see in our recent film. There's nothing more to say."

Well, Deepika the equation with Ranbir is for all to see but what about your equation with Ranveer. We wonder whether it is a lot like love or you are still in 'just friends' zone.

Salman and Katrina to pair up on-screen again?

Exes Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif who were last seen together in the movie Ek Tha Tiger will seemingly team up again for the big screen, much to the delight of their fans.

According to a leading daily, Salman and Katrina are coming together again to shoot for a promotional song for Sajid Nadiadwala's directorial debut.

The duo has done a promotional song together before as well when Katrina made an appearance in Salman's 2011 movie Bodyguard. And following that order of things is how their latest promotional song came to be, although Salman is seemingly yet to okay Katrina's presence in the video.

The report adds that the song will be filmed exclusively on the two actors, and will finally be released on Eid. Any official word on the matter is expected.
