Aamir Khan warns fans for Talaash suspense!

Superstar Aamir Khan, whose suspense/thriller Talaash just released asks his fans not to disclose the suspense of the film to anyone who hasn’t watched the movie. Superstar Aamir Khan, whose new film Talaash releases Friday, has urged his fans not to reveal the suspense of the movie in public.

Aamir Khan wrote on his facebook page, “Hey Guys, ‘Talaash’ is releasing. Hope you like it. One request to those of you who see the film, please don’t let out the suspense. Thanks! Lots of love.”

Talaash is a crime thriller and is Aamir Khan’s first mainstream release after the 2009 blockbuster 3 Idiots. As usual, a lot is expected from Talaash as Aamir Khan never disappoints. Talaash is directed by Reema Kagti and also features Kareena Kapoor, Rani Mukherjee and Nawazuddin Siddique in the main lead.

Aamir Khan is known for his innovative promotions, but this time actor opted for a more quieter way of promoting the new film. He felt extensive promotions could bring out the suspense of the film.

Ranbir Kapoor asked to increase weight for enact Kishore Kumar!

Ranbir Kapoor, who has grown into one of the best actors of the Indian film industry, is gearing up and wants to face fresher and better challenges. The actor who delivered a mind blowing performance in Anurag Basu’s Barfi! will team up once again with the director. This time for a biopic to be made on the life of legend Kishore Kumar.

Actually, Ranbir Kapoor will be seen in three different avatars in the film as per the age of his character. The actor will also have to put on weight while he portrays the role of the older Kishore Kumar. Anurag Basu confirmed the news saying that Ranbir will be seen as Kishore Kumar from the time he was 19 till the time he turns 58 and the actor will certainly have to put on weight to do full justice to the character.

We had also reported that Ranbir will probably romance four actresses in the movie, as Kishore had relations with four different women at various stages of his life.

Ranbir Kapoor will next be seen in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani opposite Deepika Padukone. The film is produced by Dharma productions and sees Ranbir and Deepika back together after their awful break -up.

John Abraham voted as the sexiest man alive!

People magazine has voted John Abraham as the Sexiest Man Alive. According to John having a hot body doesn’t make one sexy.

At the unveiling of the latest edition of People magazine, John said the media, “I think it’s (being sexy) is past the body now. If you talk about being sexy and look worldwide, you have George Clooney at 50 who’s the sexiest man alive. I think sexiness is also a quotient of success, but according to me more than that is intelligence. Because every person’s physical appeal only lasts a while, but in the long run the mind matters,” said John Abraham at the event.

So how was this news received by John’s ladylove Priya Runchal??

Priya while talking to John, told, ‘Are you serious they gave it to you this year? You should have been getting it every year!’ I think that’s the best compliment I got.”

John broke up his nine-year-long relationship with Bipasha Basu in 2011. We also hear that the actor had freshly snubbed Bipasha.

At an event, John was asked if he would ever work with Bipasha, to which he answered, “I haven’t thought about working with her and it’s not even on my mind,”

The actor will next be seen in Race 2. 

Akshay Kumar wants to make India's first martial arts film!

It is known to all that Akshay Kumar, who is an actor and producer now, was a martial artist before. Even after making his debut Akshay has always been obsessive about martial arts, which shows in his fitness and stunts.

And the passion for martial arts saw Akki taking up the task to promote martial arts across the nation. Now, Akshay is all set to produce a film on martial arts, something very original and unique, and something that has never been witnessed by anyone else before. However, his fans will be quite dissatisfied after Akshay has decided not to act in the movie, but plans on roping in newcomers for the project. .

Akshay Kumar, who was mostly seen in comedy films since the past two years made a comeback to the action genre with Rowdy Rathore, which was a huge success. The actor will also be seen next in another action-masala film Khiladi 786, and later on in an action drama Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai 2 opposite Sonakshi Sinha. 

Manisha Koirala’s battle with cancer!

Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala was rushed to the hospital on Wednesday, after falling unconscious. She was said to be doing fine and was still undergoing a few checkups. “She was hospitalized yesterday (Wednesday). She is undergoing a few check-ups. She is doing fine,” a hospital source said. She will be discharged when her medical reports are out.

However, the newest news is that the actress has been diagnosed with cancer. Manisha is admitted to Jaslok hospital, Mumbai. According to a source, the actress will be undergoing treatment in the same hospital.

From the beginning of November, Manisha was in Kathmandu doing up her new home in Nepal. Mid November, the actress had mentioned on a social networking site that she was ill and was down with a bout of food poisoning. Then again, very recently, Manisha fell unconscious and so she was immediately flown to Mumbai for further tests.

Currently, Manisha’s mother Sushma is with her.

According to a close friend, Manisha is positive about this cancer battle and is all ready to fight the illness. 

Akshay Kumar never wants to be a part of any Karan Johar film in his career!

Actor and now producer Akshay Kumar, who was loved by critics for his mind blowing performances in movies like Hera Pheri, Housefull 2, Rowdy Rathore and many more freshly made it clear that he isn’t just a comedian on the big screen.

When Akshay was asked in a recent interview about why he hasn’t been a part of any Karan Johar film, the actor told in a rude tone that maybe Karan doesn’t feel that Akshay isn’t good enough for acting in his movies. Akshay also added that he never wants to be a part of any Karan Johar film in his career. Well, that’s a harsh statement, isn’t it?

Akshay Kumar, or Akki, as he is known, made a comeback to the action genre with Rowdy Rathore and will be next seen in another masala film Khiladi 786, which also stars Asin and Mithun Chakraborty. The film is slated to release on December 7 this year.

Salman and Kareena launches Item Song Fevicol Se at Bigg Boss 6!

Salman Khan has found a simple way of promoting his movie Dabangg 2. After revealing the first look of the film on the show Bigg Boss 6, the actor along with Kareena Kapoor will bring forth the much-anticipated item song of the film, Fevicol Se, first on your TV sets. That way, the star is helping both his film and the TV show -- a win-win situation.

Since the Dabangg 2 music is already a hit on the charts, the audiences have showered their love on Fevicol Se. Thus the buzz surrounding the video and the item girl Kareena Kapoor is huge. Recently, Salman Khan and Kareena have announced the launch of Fevicol Se on Bigg Boss.

The song is Kareena’s first item number post her marriage with Saif Ali Khan. She shot for this after her wedding was over. In the song, Kareena has ditched the usual dress code meant for item songs. Instead of short ghagra or skirt, she is seen in a lungi. However, the skimpy choli remains. For Fevicol Se, she is even sporting a nose stud, and was guided by her sister Karisma Kapoor, while her dress is designed by friend Manish Malhotra.

A few days back, director of Dabangg 2, Arbaaz Khan, was also on Bigg Boss to unveil the trailer of the movie. So, who’s next? ‘Munni’ Malaika Arora, perhaps! Here are both Kareena Kapoor and Salman Khan during the shoot of Fevicol Se announcement promo.

I am not cheap man: Shahrukh Khan

Shahrukh Khan doesn’t feel that 100 crores is a big deal. The actor’s newest movie Jab Tak Hai Jaan has already raked in 100 crores and is still going strong at the Box Office, but Shahrukh doesn’t actually seem to be interested.

Shahrukh Khan told, “It’s just a new yardstick. Earlier, it was either a silver jubilee or 100 days… Now, people have a yardstick even for trailers! They will keep changing and there will be a new benchmark every few years. I think every movie will now make Rs 100 crore but each movie will still have its own uniqueness.”

But, the success of his last movie didn’t come simply, Yash Chopra, the producer of the film passed away and then Ajay Devgn, whose movie released the same day as JTHJ and created a problem for the producers of JTHJ, which could also cause a problem between the relationship SRK and Kajol share.

Shahrukh told, “Ajay might be having some righteous things in his mind about the way distribution should be done. Jab Tak Hai Jaan is not my film although I have a part of it. I have a beautiful relationship with Kajol and I have met Ajay a few times. After Yashji’s (Chopra) death we were all in a different zone and I did not want to remain in this space.”

But all’s well in his kingdom so far. The man takes his much-touted competition with various actors with a pinch of salt.

“I know people say that I am manipulative, detached; business minded, etc, but I am not cheap. Meri toh jab picture aati hai ek nayi rivalry shuru ho jati hai. This year there was no one, so it’s Ajay. Earlier it was Akshay and things like Khiladi versus King. Mein toh sab se pyaar se milta hoon,” further added Shahrukh Khan

Priyanka Chopra thrilled about Barfi! at the oscars!

Priyanka Chopra is riding high on her success these days. The actress is not just glad because of her debut single, but also because of her last movie Barfi!, which has made it to the list of this years best foreign language film at the Oscars. The movie won millions of hearts all around the world because of the sensitive story line and superb acting performances by Ranbir Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra and Illeana D’cruz. Also, the Anurag BAsu directorial project has been declared as one of the biggest hits this year raking in more that 100 crores. Well, is all of this enough to impress the jury in US?

Sonakshi Sinha looses her temper over lose weight issue!

Sonakshi Sinha’s weight issue is a topic everybody in tinsel town is discussing these days. In the movie industry, where being thin or having a perfect body is more like a trend, Sonakshi Sinha is known for her curvy voluptuous figure. Some even think of her as overweight, but despite all this gossip, Sonakshi is very happy about her body and has no plans of shedding those extra kilos. In fact the actress gets offended when people ask her about her weight issues.

Well, Sonakshi will now absolutely have to make a choice, because one of the clothing brand she endorses don’t share the same views as her and have asked her to loose a few kilos. If not, the company has threatened her saying they will terminate her contract. Poor Sonakshi, the actress was in such a fix that she couldn’t control her temper and lashed out at the company, saying that their demand is not only unfair, but also a personal attack.

Now we’ll have to wait and see if Sonakshi goes ahead and looses those pounds like a sport. If not, we’re sure that that the brand won’t take much time to find a better substitute for her.

Ameesha’s curvy figures on the hoardings confuses Raj Kundra about ad!

Ameesha Patel looks steaming hot in her newest endorsement – Glamstar glasses. Well, you hear it right. The actress is promoting the brand and not herself. It’s not a photo shoot but the sunglasses brand that the pretty damsel is trying to sell. Glamstar glasses will be available in almost 200 stores all over India by April 2013.

Ameesha is currently in Paris with her business partner Kuunal Goomeer and his wife Shammli. The actress is very thrilled about her latest endorsement.

A source reveals, “The Glamstar brand has Ameesha in a sexy look which has been loved by all as well as shocked quite a few. Her new sexy image has created loads of controversies.”

The ad is already out and Ameesha’s curvy figures on the hoardings are sure a big distraction for people. Raj Kundra couldn’t help but mention it on his Twitter page.

He posted: “I am confused with the #ameeshapatel hoarding and ad’s. What is she exactly selling in a swimsuit? #justasking”.

Katrina refuses to use body doubles in Dhoom 3!

Katrina Kaif played the role of a very believable undercover agent in Ek Tha Tiger, and if you think the action was enough for Katrina you’re wrong! Katrina is training hard once again as she is gearing up for grittier action in Dhoom 3 and the Hindi remake of Knight and Day.

Katrina Kaif’s physical abilities will be tested with both these films as they are high octane action stunts, but Kat is ready for the challenge. A source told, “Katrina trained hard for the action sequences in ETT (Ek Tha Tiger). Now, she is looking to push the envelope and attempt more complex stunts.”

Seemingly, Katrina refused to use body doubles in Dhoom 3 and the remake of Knight and Day because she wants to perform her own stunts and wants to train for them her self.

If learning scuba diving for ZNMD wasn’t enough, Katrina will go through rigorous training in acrobatics for her two action packed movies. She is required to shoot an underwater fight sequence for Dhoom 3 and the stunts for Knight and Day remake have to match Hollywood standards if it has to make a mark at the Box Office.

Katrina Kaif will pair up again with Hrithik Roshan for the remake of Knight and Day. Well, with Hrithik and Katrina in the lead, we’re sure to expect some crackers going down in the action department. Let’s hope that the makers ask Hrithik and Katrina to dance together, now that would be a treat! The makers have roped in international stunt co-ordinators like Robert Alonzo and David Rowden.
