I don’t want to hurt anyone’s sentiments: Ajay Devgn

After the Punjabi Cultural Heritage Board created problems for Ajay Devgn over certain scenes and dialogues from his forthcoming movie Son Of Sardar, Ajay Devgn had to oblige and make a few changes. However, he is confident that the changes he made won’t affect the creativity in the film.

At a press conference on Wednesday, Ajay told, “The creativity of the film has not been affected in any way. Every movie is rectified, sometimes it’s made even better.”

He also mentioned that ever since the promos of the movie went on air, they have been in talks with PCHB president Charan Singh Sapra.

“The objectionable things were very small. The writer and director of the film is Punjabi and we took care of things. Even the guy who tied my turban was from Punjab,” Ajay Devgn told.

He also mentioned that they didn’t mean to hurt anyone’s sentiments in the movie.

“Son Of Sardar” is all set to clash against Shahrukh Khan’s Jab Tak Hai Jaan. But Ajay feels that the clash won’t affect the box office performance of any movie.

He ended on a light note telling, “Diwali always has space for two movies. I want both movies to work. I don’t think there is any issue with that,”

Kajol, who barely talks about any of her husband Ajay Devgan’s movies, is really thrilled for his upcoming movie ‘Son Of Sardar’. She tells that the trailer is just a hint of the very funny movie.

The 37 year old beauty told, “I haven’t seen the (complete) film, but I have seen bits of it. It is looking fabulous. The trailer is good, but the movie is even better.”

Ajay has had a successive run at the box office with his last 2 releases, Singham and Bol Bachchan and with ‘Son Of Sardar’ he is expected to take it to the next level.

As for Kajol who looked wonderful recently at the red carpet of the vogue beauty awards, says it’s important to have the right confidence to carry off any look at such events.

“My red carpet style says that I have to have a good sense of humour to be able to take the criticism. My red carpet style says that I have to have a big smile and it also says that I have to believe I am beautiful for you to believe I am beautiful,” told Kajol.

Kajol was last seen in My name is Khan with Shah Rukh Khan in 2010.

Sonakshi Sinha and Ajay Devgn will be seen as one for the first time, in ‘SOS, Son of Sardar.’ The movie is a remake of the Telugu blockbuster Maryada Ramanna and has Punjab as its backdrop.
Ajay Devgn will be co-producing the movie. Ashwini Dheer, who shot to fame with ‘Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge’, is the director of the movie.

Hearsay were that South star Tamanna would be essaying the role. Buzz also had it that Kareena Kapoor was approached for the lead lady might do the role. But now, it’s at last Sonakshi Sinha who would be playing the leading lady.

Baby Shotgun is absolutely one lucky star kid in B town. The actress has a list of movies lined up for release. And what’s more interesting is that she will be seen acting opposite the biggies in Bollywood.

The movie will have Ajay sporting the same tough, muscular look, which was seen in Singham.
