'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' team is on a six-city road journey in a black Range Rover, with Delhi as their final destination.
Co-owner of Excel Entertainment that produced the movie churned out the idea with his marketing team, to keep the promotion at par to the basic story of the movie, disclosed director Zoya Akhtar.
'It was Riteish's idea. The idea was to keep the promotion in synch with the story of the film,' Zoya told Thursday at Mehboob Studio, from where they set off for the journey.
'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' is a movie on road trip, which shows how lives of three men - Abhay Deol, Farhan Akhtar and Hrithik Roshan - change when they go for a holiday.
Actress Katrina Kaif and Kalki Koechlin played the female leads in the movie.
The team goes through five cities -- Surat, Baroda, Ahmadabad, Udaipur, Jaipur and Delhi.
'We are very charged up. It's very exciting. We would get to see very good places. It's a great company so I am very excited,' told Farhan, who is the co-owner of Excel Entertainment.
Hrithik told, 'For the first time I am going for such a long road trip in India. When we were shooting in Spain, then only we thought that we should do something like this in India. That's what happening now. It's exciting.'
Actor Abhay Deol had made an almost similar road trip in India while doing director Dev Benegal's film 'Road, Movie'.
When asked how different it would be this time, he told, 'In the 'Road Movie' I was driving a truck and here a Range Rover so it would be more luxurious trip I believe.'

Abhay Deol says, Zoya Akhtar is very sharp!

Bollywood actor Abhay Deol, who is working with Zoya Akhtar for the first time in 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara', tells he found the director to be very sharp.
'I like Zoya's understanding of human emotions and characters. She is very sharp and working with her I've realized that you cannot fool this girl. You cannot put up an act in front of her. She reads people like a book. She likes subtleties and that's what I like about her,' the actor told.
'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara', a story of three friends, also stars Farhan Akhtar and Hrithik Roshan and is slated to release July 15.

A real friendship between Hrithik, Farhan, Abhay Deol!

While 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' gave Abhay Deol the chance to work hands-on in a mainstream commercial movie, unlike most of his earlier films, the actor also got to make good friends with his co-stars Farhan Akhtar and Hrithik Roshan.
'There was a lot of buddy bonding on the sets of 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' because Hrithik, me and Farhan were there from day one, we had formed our own little group. We used to hang out a lot together. It was fun,' Abhay said.
'Before the film, I did know Hrithik a little bit but I I was not friends with Farhan at all,' he included.
The movie that has been helmed by Zoya Akhtar is the story of three friends and also stars Katrina Kaif and Kalki Koechlin. It is slated to hit the theatre on July 15.

Abhay Deol gets jaded and tired from acting!

Actor Abhay Deol, who took a few months off from acting and went to New York after the success of his movie 'Dev D', says it's very important to take a break.
'Time off is important especially for me in the field of acting. With me this has happened in the past, when I do film after film, I do get jaded and tired and tend to repeat myself.
'But when you take time off, take different experiences, allow yourself to be free, you sort of grow. That becomes a huge benefit because after that when you come back; you are slightly different from what you were when you went there. That slight difference is all the difference you need for those next few roles to come by,' Abhay said
And he is ready to show his growth as an actor in 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara', which is slated to hit screens next month and also stars Hrithik Roshan, Farhan Akhtar and Katrina Kaif, among others.
