An infatuated Sridevi fan, decked up as a groom, chased the actress with a garland in his hand, as a result, giving her a fleeting scare of her life. The actress was left frightened.
It is happened during the filming of her latest English Vinglish in Pune, a pseudo groom, with a garland in his hand, chased Sridevi in the middle of the road. Later, she realized, the fan was a real groom who was about to tie the knot, but on spotting Sridevi, he left his marriage just to get a glimpse of her n say ‘Hello’.
Hahaha! The actress surely must have freaked out.
In the meantime, English Vinglish which marks the comeback of the stunning diva after 15 years opened to a very good start at the box office and is continuing to do well, so far. Sridevi in particular has won millions of hearts with her overwhelming performance for her role as an Indian housewife, the film.
Also, buzz is that the actress is busy prepping up elder daughter Jhanvi for a career in the film world. A source tells, “Jhanvi is the next heroine in the making. A lot of heads turned when she made her appearance at the recent premiere of her mother’s comeback movie English Vinglish. She showed amazing grace and poise while posing for the cameras.”
Jhanvi is said to be a regular at the gym. Also, mommy Sridevi has enrolled her in dance classes. Hence, all the signs of grooming a soon-to-be actress are very visible.
