Film Agneepath’s first trailor is released by Karan Johar!

The opening official trailer of one of the most awaited movies, Agneepath, is finally out!

“Every story has a beginning… And an end…This one is only about…REVENGE.” The wordings itself is enough to send Goosebumps down your spine. The beginning of the trailer has a child (Vijay) walking hand-in-hand with his father. The very next scene shows the father hanged to death by the deadly Kancha Cheena (Sanjay Dutt). That’s when the weeping Vijay seeks revenge.

The grown up grown-up Vijay’s (Hrithik Roshan) emotions are exceptional. Priyanka Chopra, the female lead, is seen romancing Hrithik Roshan. Rishi Kapoor also seems to be playing a negative character in the movie.

The dialogue, “Vijay Dinanath Chauhan ko marna padega.”, coming out from Sanjay Dutt’s mouth sounds super scary.

January 2012, is definitely going to be a rocking month for Bollywood…

Hot Mallika Sherawat’s super sexy dare-bare act in Politics Of Love!

Well, the sexy bold actress is all set to make the West go bonkers over her, in her upcoming movie, in the movie Politics Of Love, earlier titled Love Barack.

While washing a car, the sizzling babe is seen seducing her co-actor Brian White, while she is totally drenched in soap from top to bottom.

The pics and video clip shows Mallika lying on the bonnet of the car in a two-piece outfit, washing the car using sponge, in a seductive manner.

Mallika, who has never done such a scene, says that she wasn’t looking glam while shooting. “It was a chilly day, the soap and water was dirty and I wasn’t looking very glam. In between shots, they’d wrap me up in blankets so my teeth would stop clattering.”

The film is a Hollywood rom-com and is set against the backdrop of the 2008 presidential elections that saw Barack Obama being voted into the White House.

After Milan Luthria starting the trend of making films on the life of film stars (The dirty Pictures, based on South siren, Silk Smitha), followed by Madhur Bhandarkar who is currently working on ‘Heroine’, the hottest to join the league is Shyam Benegal.

Well, the director is currently making a film on Bollywood and how a starlet is exploited in the industry. And he has chosen none other than the very very hot Bipasha Basu to play the lead in the film.

A source explained, “Shyam Benegal is known for his take on various issues. After giving it a lot of thought, Shyamji finalised Bipasha Basu for the lead role. He wanted a glamorous face, who would also be a good performer.

That’s why he met up with Bipasha to discuss the role. She has already signed the film. He is on the lookout for two more lead actors and is in talks with a producer to collaborate on the film, which goes on floors in October.”

However, Shyam Benegal, while talking to a popular tabloid, said, “I am in Delhi presently and nothing is confirmed. It is too premature to talk about, right now.”

What Shahid and Kareena are doing in a same hotel?

This world’s in actuality small. No matter how hard you try, you are bound to come across your ex, one day. At least Shahid and Kareena have proved this.

Well, a report tells that both Shahid and Kareena will be in the capital to promote their respective films, Mausam and Bodyguard. And if rumors are to be believed, the ex lovebirds will be putting up in the same hotel in Gurgaon!

A source told, “There’s a high chance that they may run into each other at the hotel. To avoid that, officials from the production houses have requested for rooms on different floors, so that there is no face off between Kareena and Shahid.”

Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor faced a similar situation during the Filmfare Awards! But the duo handled the situation very sensibly.

Aishwarya’s professional gesture for Heroine!

Aishwarya Rai had to opt out from Madhur Bhandarkar’s movie ‘Heroine’ posts the news of her pregnancy. And now, news has it that the actress has returned a cheque to her producer that was sent to her as a signing amount for the movie.

This has come as a big shock to the makers of “Heroine’.

An UTV official reveals, “Aishwarya was never asked to return the cheque. Senior officials of UTV Motion Pictures were taken aback when the cheque reached them. The cheque has nevertheless been accepted.”

However, Aishwarya shot for the film for eight days and also took part in the ‘look tests’ and so, she had every right to keep the signing amount. Not just that. The actress could have demanded a part of her acting fees, too.

Both the production house and Aishwarya’s spokesperson verified about the cheque being returned.

Heroine now features Kareena Kapoor, who is seemingly getting Rs 8 crore for the movie.

In the year 1983, Manmohan Desai’s smash hit Coolie brought Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor on one platform and now, 28 years later, the stars will once again share screen space in Sudhir Mishra’s directorial endeavor Mehrunnisa.

Well, this is not it! The movie is produced by Nikhil Advani and will also have the actors’ sons Abhishek and Ranbir making cameo appearances. This is one of Sudhir’s most ambitious project till date.

A source disclosed, “It is a script that Sudhir Mishra started writing in 1996. However, it failed to take off that time. Nikhil Advani was Sudhir’s assistant back then. After all these years, Nikhil approached Sudhir and asked him to rework the script. Saurabh Shukla is writing the dialogues for the film.”

Talking about the storyline, the source told, “The film starts off with two old men played by Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor reminiscing about their past. Here is where Abhishek and Ranbir come in. They play their respective fathers’ younger selves.”

“Nikhil wanted to take this movie on the floors this year. But both Ranbir and Abhishek are busy with other projects now. The film will go on floors only next year now,” added the source.

Well, we’ve seen Sr Bachchan and Jr Bachchan share screen space in many movies. But watching Rishi Kapoor along side Ranbir is definitely awaited.

Imran Khan is now ‘Chhota Rajan’ instead of Shahid?

If the newest buzz is to go by, it is learnt that Shahid Kapoor will not feature in the sequel of Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai, but now Imran Khan will play ‘Chhota Rajan’. It is also heard that it is Kareena Kpoor who has recommended Imy’s name for the film.

As per a source , “Kareena feels that Imran would bring novelty to the character inspired by Rajan. It is obvious because he has played strong romantic roles in most of his films.”

That’s not the simply reason. The actress has managed to get along with her Short Term Shaadi co-star very well. A source reveals, “That’s also one reason why she’s so strongly recommending Imran’s for this film.”

On talking to CEO Balaji Motion Pictures, he told, “It’s still too early to talk about the parallel male lead. When things are finalized, we’ll make a formal announcement.”

Salman Khan suffers from Trigeminal neuralgia – a painful desease!

We had reported about Salman Khan’s diagnosed disease. The newest we hear is that the superstar will be flying to the US this Saturday for the treatment of Trigeminal neuralgia, a medical condition that has been causing him insufferable pain in the head, jaws and cheeks.

With all the pain, yet Salman Khan, the professional that he is, wrapped up the promotion of his upcoming movie, ‘Bodyguard’.

“Though he is suffering from severe pain, he finished off his interviews scheduled till last night. He is leaving for the US Aug 27 for the treatment,” a source from the unit of “Bodyguard”.

A another source reveals, “Salman is in extreme pain. Every time he eats something extremely hot or cold, the pain intensifies. His jaw region hurts a lot.”

Salman will be absent for the release of his upcoming and one of the most awaited film of the year, ‘Bodyguard’. He would also miss Ganesh Chaturthi and Eid.

Ranbir is seen dressed in batik kurta over pyjama, Priyanka is in a rumpled kurti over khakhis. While Chopra essays the role of a physically challenged girl in the movie, Ranbir plays a deaf and mute character.

Priyanka posted, “Shooting barfee full on now..in kolkatta.. love this city.. have great memories here..gonna OD on fish curry n roshogulas .. yum.”

Along with Ranbir and Priyanka, ‘Barfee’ also stars Tollywood hottie Ileana D’cruz in a pivotal role. The film is scheduled to release sometime in January next year.

In the trailer of the movie, there is a lot of lesbian content that is also displayed. The scenes have model-turned-actress Sheetal Menon, lying on a bed with another actress talking love and desire. There is also a scene where the well-known Konark temple idols are used to show the proximity between the two females.

Desire’ is an Indo-Chinese project and is produced by her mother Sunnanda Shetty and Shi Yun. It is directed by R. Sarath and also stars Anupam Kher, Jayapradha, Vikram Gokhale, and Asif.

A glance of the first look of Milan Luthria’s ‘Dirty Pictures’, a film on the south sex bomb Silk Smitha who was all the rage in the ’80s and ’90s for her outgoing display of sexuality.

Vidya Balan plays the role of this sex-siren who ruled the roost in Indian film industry for many years and had many controversies to her credit. Unquestionably, the actress looks absolutely lip-smacking in the poster. Hat’s off to Vidya, she has managed to pull of a Silk Smitha, very very well.

In the first look, Nasseruddin Shah and Tusshar Kapoor are seen wooing Vidya Balan, while Emraan Khan looks all serious.

Keep in mind the song 'Khatoon ki khidmat mein salaam apun ka' from 1982 movie 'Desh Premee' in which megastar Amitabh Bachchan tried to woo Hema Malini in the garb of a coconut seller? Actor Shreyas Talpade has recreated Big B's look for his upcoming comedy 'Hum Tum Shabana'.

Shreyas' look has been styled on Amitabh's costume, and he has donned a toothbrush moustache too! The movie is a love triangle about the competition between two men - Shreyas and Tusshar Kapoor - to woo the same girl.

'The song is the fun title track of the movie called 'Hey na Shabana' wherein Minissha Lamba is angry at the two men and they are trying to woo her! In the process they do anything and everything...so we had an idea to style the song using Bollywood's cult images. That led to Shreyas being dressed as Mr. Bachchan's cult coconut seller avatar in 'Desh Premee', as the song was shot on a beach,' producer told in a press statement.

'Shreyas does all sorts of comic antics to woo Minissha as Mr. Bachchan tried in the movie for Hema Malini...It is sure to garner a lot of laughs!'

If sources from the sets are to be whispered, Shreyas was quite gung-ho about the sequence as he is a Big B fan.

'Hum Tum Shabana', co-produced by Horseshoe Pictures and Alliance Entertainment, will release Sep 23.

Actor Akshay Kumar played the Good Samaritan and permitted Ajay Devgn to use the title 'Son Of Sardar', already registered with his production house.

'BIG thank you to the Rowdy Rathore @akshaykumar for letting us have his title - Son of Sardar! Ur a rockstar,(sic)' Sonakshi, who stars alongside Ajay in the movie, posted on micro-blogging site.

Acknowledging Sonakshi's comments, Akshay posted that he is pleased to give the title to his 'brother' Ajay.

Akshay wrote, '@sonakshisinha Ur 'Welcome', but Im not a 'RockStar' darlin Ranbir is, Im a 'Son of Sardar', dat is why i gav it to my 'Brother from a Different Mother' Ajay. Enjoy (sic). '

Directed by Ashwni Dhir, Ajay's home production 'Son of Sardar' will be co-produced by N.R. Pachisia.

Big B’s eagerness for grandchild!

Superstar Amitabh Bachchan is excitedly waiting for the arrival of his grandchild.

While shooting for Sony TV's 'Kaun Banega Crorepati', Amitabh met contender Ruksana's five-month old baby and after seeing the child, the veteran star disclosed the eagerness for son Abhishek Bachchan and daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai's first baby.

Amitabh had broken the news that Aishwarya is pregnant in June.

Mausam has a steaming hot kiss between the lead pair, Sonam Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor. And now, this passionate kiss between the duos is the talk of the town.

At the start, Sonam Kapoor did not want to let out details about the kissing scene in the film but later she let the cat out of the bag that there is a smooching scene between her and Shahid.

“Jitna hona chahiye tha, utna hi rakha gaya,” told the pretty actress.

Producer Sheetal Talwar revealed that Sonam was pretty comfortable about the scene.

“Sonam is a fantastic actress. She had a very comfortable equation with Pankaj and Shahid. If there were any aspersions whatsoever, they were cast aside during the course of the shoot,” told Talwar.
