Rajeev Khandelwal is an experimental actor!

At the helm of his career, Rajeev Khandelwal dared to quit television. He loves taking plunges in something exciting, and is natural. His filmi career is not so flattering but Khandelwal is happy to create his own space. He feels no passion to do methodical formula movies. Though he admitted that some of his choices of films were not so good! Debuting in Bollywood with a film like “Aamir" which was a critically acclaimed film, he went to act in movies like “Shaitaan", “Will You Marry Me?" and “Soundtrack".

When “Will You Marry Me" released, the film’s concept had become old as the movie was made two and half years back while it released only in 2012. When the filming extended upto a year, Khandelwal wanted to back out but no one allowed him to do so. But that won’t deter him from trying his luck with experimental movies.

Being an actor he feels it’s necessary to keep on experimenting. He was busy with shooting in Fiji with his co-stars Tina Desai and Paresh Rawal and is just back in town. Working with Paresh Rawal has made him to improve his capabilities tells Khandelwal. As he is an introvert he likes socializing with his family and close friends only.
