Bigg Boss 5 contestants: Introduction and Photos

The 5th edition of the Indian TV reality show Bigg Boss has began from October 2, 2011. The show is aired on Colors TV channel till January 7, 2012 and will be hosted by Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan.

Salman Khan is hosted only the first two episodes later Sanjay Dutt will take over as the host.

Here are the possible contestants of the show who are making the news.

Big Boss Season 5 Final 14 Contestants/Participants List:

1. Shakti Kapoor: Controversial Bollywood Actor. Shakti Kapoor is an Indian Bollywood actor. He is notably known for playing comic and villainous roles. He is known for acting alongside comedian Kader Khan in over 100 films.

2. Raageshwari Loomba: Indian pop singer, actress, model, television anchor and former MTV VJ.

3. Shradha Sharma: Shradha who earned lot of media attention after Raja Chaudhary and her relation came into limelight. She was seen on Emotional Atyachaar and Love Lockup on small screen.

4. Nihita Biswas: The wife of Charles Sobhraj, the serial Killer.

5. Pooja Misra: Model turned actress and popular ramp model.

6. Sonika Kaliraman: Indian wrestler and has been featured in reality show - Khatron Ke khiladi.

7. Pooja Bedi: Pooja is the daughter of actor Kabir Bedi and is a former Bollywood actress.

8. Shonali Nagrani: Shonali won the pageant of former Miss India International in 2003.

9. Laxmi Tripathi: Laxmi Tripathi, a tall beautiful and handsome transgender. She is confident and vocal about her opinion, and fights to protect the rights of her people.

10. Juhi Parmar: Juhi is a well known TV personality and a versatile anchor, actress, Television Presenter, singer and dancer. She has essayed many important roles in serials like Shaheen, Kumkum and Devi.

11. Vida Samadzai: Vida is Miss Afghanistan 2003 and the first Afghan woman to participate in an international beauty pageant. Vida Samadzai is Miss Afghanistan 2003. Although, the Republic of Afghanistan never recognized Samadzai as Miss Afghanistan. As the first Afghan woman to participate in an international beauty pageant since 1974, her appearance in a red bikini in the 2003 edition of Miss Earth pageant created controversy in her native country.[1][2]She also entered in fifth season of the reality television show Bigg Boss.
