FIR lodged against superstar Aamir Khan and Raju Hirani for hurting religious sentiments.

Aamir Khan’s latest film PK has already been in headlines for the controversies. Be it for high-ticket rates, nude PK posters and now in news due to its religious controversies.

Allegedly, Prashant Patel, Secretary of Hindu Legal Cell has lodged complaint against director Rajkumar Hirani and Aamir Khan, producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Sidharth Roy Kapur.

The movie provoked religious sentiments because of the scenes, which were reported to openly insult Hindu religion. One of the scenes was shot in the Chandni Chowk area of Delhi portraying Lord Shiva that has been wrong according to the viewers. An FIR was then launched against the team of ‘PK’, including the actor.

People have also criticized the Hindu-Muslim relationship that has been showcased through Anushka Sharma and Sushant Singh Rajput’s on screen chemistry.

Even on twitter Aamir khan’s fans have haters have #WeSupportPK and #WeBoycottpk comments.

Even though with so many controversies movie has worked well at the cinemas.

The film has received thumbs up from the viewers and people from the industry.


The film is Directed by Rajkumar Hirani and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and released on December 19, 2014.


Salman hasn't watched “PK” yet, reveals Aamir Khan!


Aamir Khan’s “PK” has become one of the most recommended movies of 2014. Not only the critics gave it positive reviews, even the audience is loving it. The movie also received a thumbs up from the B’Town celebrities. But Aamir’s good friend Salman Khan has not seen the movie yet.

Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, “PK” also features Anushka Sharma, Sushant Singh Rajput, Sanjay Dutt, Boman Irani and Saurabh Shukla.
The actor hopes that Salman watches the movie soon.

At a recent press conference, Aamir said, “Salman hasn't been able to watch the film yet, hope he catches it soon.”

Talking about the response the movie has received, he said, “Lots of people have called this my best performance, and that is motivating me to work harder for my next film. The role had no reference points, so after playing a college boy in 3 Idiots, this was interesting. I loved the script.”


Aamir also spoke about the recent ticket pricing controversy where the prices of tickets at a few single screens in Mumbai were hiked. He said, “Well, I am not in control on ticket prices. I don't decide that.”
