We have seen her go the Meenamma way in Chennai Express and
then unexpectedly transform into a beautiful Gujarati Belle with Goliyon Ki
Raasleela Ram Leela. We have also seen her in her hottest avatar in Cocktail
and instantly go the geeky way in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. Now, Deepika
Padukone is all set to show us the Goan side of her, with her forthcoming movie
Finding Fanny.
The first look of the actress in the movie is out and Deepika
is seen sporting a floral mini dress over which she wears an apron. Messy hair
with a center parting and minimal make up finshes out her look. She is holding
a butchers knife in her left hand which is smeared with blood. We wonder what
this Goan babe is upto. But, she looks very pretty.
In the meantime, Deepika’s character in the movie has been
named Angie, and is paired opposite Arjun Kapoor.
Finding Fanny is a comedy thriller directed by Homi Adajania
and produced by Saif Ali Khan’s Illumanti Films, and features Naseeruddin Shah,
Dimple Kapadia and Pankaj Kapur. It is rumored that DPad’s alleged boyfriend
Ranveer Singh make a special appearance, and will be playing Deepy’s husband.
