Alia Bhatt has had a dream start. The actress received
superb reviews for her act in SOTY and now according to reports; the actress
will be seen opposite Randeep Hooda in Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Highway’. Imitiaz Ali, who
has directed some of the finest romantic movies in recent times like Jab We Met
and Rockstar, is all set to direct the newcomer Alia and Randeep who was last
seen in Jism 2.
It is being said that the movie is a love story of two
extremely opposite people. It will be exciting to watch the young and chirpy
Alia romancing Randeep Hooda.
A month back news were rife that Imitiaz was very keen on
casting Ranbir and Deepika for a movie, but due to Ranbir’s busy schedule,
who’s is currently shooting for two back-to-back movies, Abhinav Singh
Kashyap’s BESHARAM and Anurag Kashyap’s BOMBAY VELVET, Imitiaz decided to move
ahead and start his other project HIGHWAY.
The movie will be produced by Imtiaz Ali and Sajid
Nadiadwala.
Imtiaz is famously known for the magic he can create between
