One Dirty Picture and a Heroine can’t change the tide in male dominated industry: Kareena Kapoor

Kareena Kapoor is back promoting her movie ‘Heroine’ after a long vacation with beau Saif Ali Khan first in London and then Paris.
Being the main attraction of the movie, Kareena tells that critical acclamation is far more important than bollywood success. But takes a firm stance that that the heroine is far from being the hero of a movie.
She told, “It’s a male dominated industry. One Dirty Picture and a Heroine can’t change the tide. It’s not the actor alone but even the director needs to change his mindset.”
When asked about her wedding, Kareena laughed and replied with a lot of sarcasm.
“It’s a Rajya Sabha debate. Everything I do, becomes a national issue, I could well be married you know. How would that make a difference? I could have been married three years ago and still done a Heroine. But yes you will know when I do,” Kareena told.
It was also reported that Kareena and Ranbir will be seen together soon sharing screen space, Kareena confirmed the news confirming, “Yes it’s in the pipeline.”
Heroine will release on her 32nd birthday, and giving her close competition will be her cousin, Ranbir whose film ‘Barfi’ will release a week earlier.
