Richa Chadha might have just started her career in the dream land of Bollywood, but she is way ahead of many successful newbies in Bollywood as she got a role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next "Ram Leela". Richa played the female lead in "Gangs of Wasseypur part 1" starring opposite Manoj Bajpai. GOW is Anurag Kashyap’s movie which garnered critical acclaims. Richa is playing the second lead in "Ram Leela".
Few days back we heard Bhansali was in a sea of bewilderment as he could not decide on the female lead of the movie. He wanted Kareena Kapoor to play the lead but that she is tying the knot this year is not acceptable by Bhansali as he wants his female lead to be unmarried till the movie is released. So grapevines had it that Priyanka Chopra is the other option left for Bhansali.
An insider tells us that this news might not be totally true since Kareena is seen quite often at Bhansali’s office these days, so she might be doing the role. Now is this the reason behind Saif and Bebo’s postponing their wedding to an unspecified date? Only time can answer. The male lead of "Ram Leela" is being played by Ranveer Singh.
