Superstar Amitabh Bachchan says that spending time with granddaughter Aaradhya just for few minutes is like gyming.
"Ever realized playing with the 'little one' for just a few minutes could be equivalent to an entire two hour workout in the gym! Child is the father of man," the 69-year-old posted on his blog.
Abhishek and Aishwarya welcomed their daughter, Nov 16 last year.
