Chillar Party director signs Kangna for his next Queen!

Vikas Bahl has signed Kangna Ranaut for his upcoming chick flick Queen. The Chillar Party director is currently penning the script for the film that is already in pre-production, and all I can tell you right now is that Kangna will play a Delhi girl in it. The film is being co-produced by Phantom Films and Viacom 18, and there is buzz that it will do for Kangna’s career what The Dirty Picture did for Vidya Balan. That’s a pretty big claim from a film that hasn’t even finished scripting yet, what say you?!
