Well, we are talking about Pandit Birju Maharaj, an authority on the art of dancing. He thinks Katrina doesn’t know to dance.

Pandit Birju Maharaj said in an interview: “Just the other day, I was watching Katrina Kaif on TV. Us ko naachna nahi, hilna bolte hai! (It’s not called dance, but shaking). Today’s heroines have no personality and can’t carry a dance on their own shoulders.”

He also told that the modern day actresses lack the grace of the yesteryear actresses like Waheeda Rahman and Meena Kumari, though he was all praises for Madhuri Dixit.
