Some news source also say that Amar Chanand who is the husband of Bhanwari made a FIR at Bilsara police station against the minister Mahipal Maderna and his people who had kidnapped his wife, raped and killed her while one CD had been found, which exposed Bhanwari and Mahipal in some negotiating position. The MLA including Mahipal was involved in having an illegal relationship with the nurse.

The Director also verified that the main intention of making the movie is to let people know the details of the incident. He also confirmed that Bipasha is also interested to act in such a controversial picture and his belief for the role Bipasha would be an excellent choice.
