Shahid Kapoor's Mausam in legal problem!

Pankaj Kapur is facing some legal complications freshly for his film Mausam. His movie “Mausam” which is one of the most talked about forthcoming films is the centre of these hassles. Pankaj’s friend Nawman Malik is now claiming that “Mausam” is actually registered under his name, and so he along with Motion Pictures and Producers of TV Programmes, have lodged a complaint again Pankaj Kapur. Nawman also told that even the story of the movie is actually written by himself.

Nawman has clarified that quite a few years back, he read the tale to Pankaj at the latter’s office in Versova. Pankaj carefully heard the story for some hours, and soon after expressed his interest that he would love to make a movie based on Nawman’s tale. Nawman included that Pankaj liked the story so much so that, he immediately decided to cast Shahid in the movie.

Later when Nawman asked about the movie, Pankaj avoided him by telling once Shahid returns to India from overseas, they will discuss about the movie. One day, when Nawman came to know about the movie, he was sure that Pankaj is using his story for the movie.

For using the title given by Nawman, he has demanded Rs 1 crore from Pankaj and producer Sheetal Talwar. Nawman has filed the petition in Mumbai High Court.
