Actor Ajay Devgn, who plays a Maharashtrian police officer in Rohit Shetty's forthcoming action film Singham allegedly had his wife Kajol playing an additional role of a Marathi tutor for teaching him authentic Marathi during the shooting
In some of the scenes in the film, Ajay had to speak in fluent Marathi and so to ensure that he deliver the dialogues in genuine Marathi accent, the intense actor roped in his wife Kajol for help.
Kajol being a half Maharashtrian (Her mother Tanuja is a Maharashtrain) knew the language quite confidently and jumped in to help her beloved hubby with his dialogues. She taught Ajay a few words and their pronunciations and within minutes, Ajay perfected the dialogues!
Now that's nice to hear from one of the B-Towns most popular couples!
