Shah Rukh is like my elder brother and friend: Sourav Ganguly

Denying rumours of cold war with Bollywood superstar and owner of IPL franchise Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) Shah Rukh Khan, former KKR skipper Sourav Ganguly Saturday told Shah Rukh is like his elder brother and will remain so.
'I don't know from where these false stories of clash between me and Shah Rukh have come up. There is no such thing. It is totally wrong. Shah Rukh is a good friend of mine and I know him for a long time. KKR is a sensitive and emotional team for me. I want it to win,' told Ganguly.
'Shah Rukh is just like my elder brother and he will remain so,' told Ganguly while talking to media persons at a programme of the Bengali version of 'Kaun Banega Crorepati'.
Ganguly, who led the Kolkata Knight Riders during the last three IPL seasons, was signed by the Pune Warriors as replacement for Ashish Nehra after he went unsold in the IPL auctions for the fourth edition. Ganguly was roped in at the last moment and many were hoping that the former India captain will turn things around for the bottom-placed Pune side.
Bollywood megastar Aamir Khan, who was a guest at the programme, also denied that he was attending it because of common enmity with Shah Rukh.
'No, no,' told Aamir when asked whether his presence at the programme hosted by Ganguly was due to a common enmity with Shah Rukh.
