Shiney Ahuja challenges any stains of semen and blood presence on girl’s private parts!

Actor Shiney Ahuja was convicted at lower court on the basis of DNA reports. He’s has been sentenced for six year rigorous imprisonment. However, the actor has now appealed in Bombay High Court on the ground that it was a "perverse and illegal" judgment.

In his newest appeal, Ahuja has maintained that he was held guilty, even after the victim testified under oath that neither rape nor sexual intercourse took place between them.

His appeal has not only put forth the fact the girl has denied rape during the trials but also confirmed that the DNA reports were negative. According to the actor, not a single stain of semen and blood was found on the private parts of the girl or the accused. Even there were no injuries on the girl’s body. The judgment has been given in favour of the prosecution, despite the girl and witness's fickle statements.

He has even pointed out that the CCTV footages of the building also contradict to what victim Rekha Mane has told in her statement. She told that she was in disarrayed condition when she had come down running on the day of incident. But in the footage she’s coming down calmly with her hair neatly combed and tied and clothes in order.

The actor's plea was admitted today and the hearing is on April 27 by Justice AR Joshi.
