Newbie Ranveer Singh gets Dada Saheb Phalke Academy award

Blessed with beginner’s luck Ranveer Singh has been awarded the Dada Saheb Phalke Academy best debut award for his performance in ‘Band Baajaa Baraat’.

Ranveer Singh is a Bandra boy from Mumbai but immaculately got the right nerve of a pind Punjabi boy’s character that he played in the movie. He even put on the accent accurately. Ceremony after ceremony the awards have been raining for the actor and this bear out how natural he is onscreen.

Currently, he is busy shooting for his upcoming movie ‘Ladies V/s Ricky Bahl’.  In this movie he is playing a conman, who deceives innocent girls. So let’s wait and watch, if Ricky Bahl recedes Bitto Sharma popularity in the times to come.
