Deepika Padukone’s skimpy mini skirt from Mit Jaye Gham is all set to be auctioned for Salman Khan’s charity.
This idea struck producer-director Rohan Sippy. In order to score a few brownie points after all the negative publicity the song attracted, he determined to auction the skirt online and the benefits from the same will be donated to ‘Being Human’, the charity run by Salman Khan.
Rohan Sippy validates, “We are all surprised by the reaction to Deepika’s look in the track. We decided to auction it for charity.”
News has it that, many cine fans went passionate over Deepika’s outfit in the song.
A source discloses, “While on a nationwide tour, the DMD team is discovering that while the track itself is being criticised, there is great excitement over the costume that Deepika wears in the music video. There is a huge demand for it,”
The movie releases on April 22.
