Bangalore hottie and Bollywood’s current box office queen, Deepika Padukone has added yet another feather to her cap.

She has taken to designing clothes for an international brand.

While Priyanka Chopra has channeled her creative energies to singing, Anushka into producing movies, Dippy has used her skills to design clothes for Van Huesen.

From choosing the various colours to creating the fabric, from styling to modeling the clothes, Deepika has done a Limited Edition collection. Stylist Anahita Shroff Adjania, who has styled the actress since her entry into movies, has been the perfect role model for Deepika to get into groove of creating stylish garments.

Deepika takes it a step forward as she guides us through the various occasions to wear her designs, all well documented in the Making.

Huma Qureshi has a crush on Saif Ali Khan!

After Parineeti Chopra announced her crush on Saif Ali Khan on Karan Johar’s talk show, there is yet one more actress who has declared her love for the ‘Nawab’ too, and it’s not Begum Kareena but Huma Qureshi!

‘Dedh Ishqiya’ actress is a huge fan of Saif Ali Khan. Huma in fact has a collection of his movies and has watched them over and over again. She really likes the way Saif has experimented with his role. He has worked in commercial movies like ‘Dil Chahta Hai’ and ‘Race’ and at the same time experimented with off-beat movies like ‘Being Cyrus’ and ‘Ek Haseena Thi’.

Huma strongly believes that he can carry solo movies and at the same time naturally blend in ensemble casts. The Gangs of Wasseypur actress is always high on praise for the actor. She wants to take a leaf from his book in her career as well.

She is an outsider in the industry who has made it out her own, so when she met him and spoke to him for the first time she was mighty impressed with his knowledge and also at how humble he is as a person. Huma tells, “I have grown up watching Saif’s movies and Dil Chahata Hai has always been my favorite. I absolutely admire his body of work from the films he has acted in to the kind of films he has produced so far.”

Debutant Kriti Sanon’s glamorous avatar in upcoming Heropanti!

The hottest girl doing the rounds is none other than Heropanti‘s leading lady Kriti Sanon. She will be seen romancing debutant Tiger Shroff in her forthcoming release on 23rd May.

She is a graduate in Electronics and Communication. However, life had other plans for this good-looking lady.

Kriti had been approached to act opposite Jackie Shroff’s son Tiger. The movie sees Kriti in a very glamorous avatar. She has already managed to make heads turn with her pretty looks and fairly good acting in the promos.

Before entering Bollywood, she had acted in a couple of commercials including big brands like Vivel, Colgate, Samsung, Close Up etc.

Kriti had acted in a Telugu movie opposite a big actor from South. She had received mixed responses for her performance and that’s where she caught the attention of the makers of Heropanti.

“I have been a little lucky to get work. I know there are people who struggle a lot to get a film, I believe a lot in destiny. Things have fallen into place for me,” tells an eager Kriti.

Kriti also tells she was hesitant about locking lips with the lead actor as she comes from a conservative family. Also, she tells she isn’t insecure about Tiger Shroff getting all the attention at the film’s promotion.

The lady is making smart moves and one can say she is undoubtedly Bollywood’s next big thing. We wish Kriti all the luck for Heropanti.

The Xposé Movie Review

What happens when a painter leaves his profession and decides to become a chef? Okay so here it is what happens when high-quality, well-to-do, gifted musicians decide to take up acting? The Xposé happens.

The tale starts off with two actresses Chandni and Zara (played by Zoya Afroz and Sonali Raut respectively) constantly take digs at each other, fight for the first place and keep insulting the other. After a horrible cat fight between the two ladies, Zara is murdered. Very clearly all eyes turn to Chandni who pleads not guilty.

Enter Ravi Kumar (Himesh Reshamiya), a detective who takes it upon himself to solve this mystery, all the while fighting baddie K.D, a singer. What follows is a series of confusing episodes, distracting actors, overdose of songs and appalling acting.

Apart from some tacky dialogues in between and a couple of songs there is nothing good about the movie. The tale is stretched and by God, Himesh Reshammiyya is no treat to the eyes. Honey Singh tries hard but fails to impress us. The sumptuous setting of the movie is one to be admired.

The songs look like a mash up of several older Bollywood songs. All the actors except Irrfan Khan (who is seen in a cameo) are amateurs. Himesh as a detective tries to ape Sherlock Holmes and then unexpectedly Leonardo Di Capri from The Great Gatsby. The tale of The Xposé totally loses its focus as well as the audience’s notice.

Overall, it is an average film.

Are Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor secretly engaged?

In the first look of Fitoor, starring Katrina Kaif, Aditya Roy Kapur and Rekha, our leading lady (Katrina Kaif), who plays a Kashmiri girl named Firdaus, besides looking stunning in the poster, also wears something tiny but quite noticeable, that has caught our attention.

The actress is seen sporting a ring on the ring finger of her left hand. So is Katrina Kaif secretly engaged?

While there were rumors about Katrina and Ranbir tying the knot anytime soon, could it be that they are already engaged to be wedded? Hey, this ring could also be for the movie’s first look.

‘Fitoor, directed by Abhishek Kapoor, is an adaptation of Charles Dickens’ novel, Great Expectations. The shooting will star this August.

“Fitoor is a story of grand passion, beauty and love. The entire team is charged about what it promises to be. We’re inspired to go all-out and give it our best,” Abhishek told.

In the meantime, only time will tell us if the ring on Katrina’s finger is for real or reel.

Zoya Akhtar sets sail with ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ cast on the cruise!

Zoya Akhtar’s much expected film went on floors this weekend. She has set sail with the cast and crew of Dil Dhadakne Do.

On board the liner, which has set off from Barcelona are- Ranveer Singh, Anil Kapoor, Farhan Akhtar, Priyanka Chopra and Shefali Shah. The crew will tour some of the most beautiful cities in the world, including Barcelona, Florence, Rome and Naples.

Zoya and Ritesh have come up with an interesting idea to get the stars behind the camera. The duos have flagged a contest among the cast where each of them will be chosen as official photographer for a week. They will be capturing locations as well as all the behind the scene moments. Once the shoot gets over, the winner will be announced. The captured pictures will also be part of the marketing of the movie. It will be turned into a kind of digital travelogue.

Ritesh Sidhwani tells, “It is going to be a fun activity. We have allotted weeks to each one of them and worked out a plan. They will be taking pictures of the six ports along the way.”

Hrithik Roshan’s crazy fan in Abu Dhabi!

There is vast fan following of B’wood’s hunk aka Hrithik Roshan not only in India but abroad also! This experienced when Hrithik was shoting in Abu Dhabi.

The actor was shooting an action chase sequence in Corniche, Abu Dhabi last week where one side of the street leading up to Marina Mall and the Breakwater were closed off for a “high-speed chase”. Indian duos with their three-year-old boy in tow were on the Corniche braving the heat and hoping to catch a glimpse of the lead stars.” I’m here for my wife,” told the husband, who did not give his name. “She is crazy about Hrithik. I think we are going to be here all day. What a way to spend the weekend.”

Another family, complete with caps and bottles of water, stood patiently near by, asking crew for information and standing outside Hrithik’s vanity all day.

Vidya Balan and Siddharth Roy Kapur wedding is in trouble. It seems that, the filmmaker’s proximity to a newcomer is the main reason why Vidya is gloomy these days. If sources are to be believed, the new comer is none other than Sid’s ex flame.

We hear that Vidya is very angry with her hubby for going out of his way to help the newbie get well established in the industry. It was during Vidya’s frequent International trip last year, when Siddharth drew close to the new comer.

Aishwarya was in love with a Srilankan man, before marriage?

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is back in the headlines, and this time for not a very good reason.

It seems that, the Bachchan bahu who is wedded to Abhishek Bachchan for 7 years now, was in a romantic relationship with a SriLankan guy named Niroshan Devapriya. This was after she split with Salman Khan and Vivek Oberoi. Haha, yes you read that right. Aish and Niroshan were apparently dating before Abhi entered the beauty queen’s life.

According to Niroshan, Ash’s wedding to Abhishek left him distressed. He was under severe mental stress. This mystery man also wanted to put a case on the actress. Niroshan further told that he had discussed in detail about the whole issue with his nephew Roshan Ajith.

Actually Roshan demanded Rs 1.7 million from Niroshan, telling he would help him hire a lawyer. However, he later realized that his nephew had cheated on him and filed a case against him.

Nevertheless, Devapriya hasn’t filed any complaint against Aishwarya, yet. Wonder how Aishwarya will react to this.

Angry Abhishek Bachchan rebuffs rumours of his divorce with Aishwarya!

Freshly, there was a buzz of the separation of the Bollywood’s royal couple Abhishek and Aishwarya Bachchan. The rumors stated that the lovely couple of B-Town was heading at a dead end. Well, this wasn’t the first time that rumors like these have surfaced. Last time, several news stated that things were not great between the Bahu of Bachchan family and mother-in-law Jaya Bachchan. But it seems that these reports are hardly anything but true!

Due to these constant rumors, Abhishek Bachchan chose Twitter to dismiss the rumor about him getting divorced, which were doing rounds. He mocked at the media saying speculating such false reports and said that he was thankful of media for letting him know that he is getting divorced, and that he will be glad to know when he will be getting re-married.

Abhishek soon will be joining his dear wifey Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and his 2 year old daughter at Cannes. Aishwarya has already left for Cannes with her daughter and is reported to walk the red carpet on 20th May.

It seems like the duo in still in very much love and will be ruling the B-Town for much longer!
